Did you stress out when planning your honeymoon? I know I did. After all that wedding planning, the last thing I thought I’d stress out on was our honeymoon. We planned on doing 3 days in Sonoma in mid-May (more like 1.5 days, actually, because we drove from San Francisco on day 1 and left in the afternoon on day 3), before going to South Lake Tahoe. I have never been to Sonoma before. The only things we had planned were our flights, hotel, and places to eat. All I knew was that we wanted to drink wine and relax. However, when I Google searched “Wineries to visit in Sonoma”, the results were overwhelming.

If you are visiting Chicago, make it a priority to stroll through the West Loop. This neighborhood is not only known for its plethora of great restaurants and bars. Here you will find street art, Chicago urban architecture, beautiful murals, and industrial elegance. If you are a photographer or just want a super Insta-great post, I definitely recommend scouting through West Loop.

Saying goodbye to the city I’ve called home my entire life is really hard. I learned so much here, and I love Chicago with every bone in my body. My whole life I’ve been waiting to move away and say goodbye. Now it’s time, and I can’t find the words… but I can find all the activities.
